Dear @British_Airways, you cancelled my flight to SFO today, and put me on a connecting flight via Seattle, on a plane with no working USBs and worst of all, no Sky Map, and now we discover our luggage is still in London. Your operative in Seattle is incredibly unhelpful and will not let me register that our luggage is lost so we have to continue to SFO without it. This is a mess.
