For those new to my work, I recommend starting with Our Connected Madness, which features my debut psychological horror tales, Obsession and PACT.
If you enjoy them, you might love the rest!

It’s nice when our aging parents take a new interest, however small.
Like my dad’s had some health issues, but he’s been wearing a new cologne. It’s a nice fresh scent, but still very him.
Anyway, I used his bathroom yesterday. The cologne is Febreze. Lavender.
A man of taste.

>Arthurian story with knight trying to win back his wife's favor
>later befriends a lion that helps him take down a giant, knights, and demons >basically combined The Hero's Journey with Pokémon 500+ years before Lucas and Tajiri
>no cool modern adaptations
Absolute tragedy.

When you get right down to it, you can do anything you want in fiction. There are no rules, only popular conventions.
The name of the game is getting away with it. If the readers didn’t like it, you didn’t get away with it.
Write your heart out.
Just to be clear, everyone: the dispute is over mixing different grammatical persons—like having half the book in first-person and the other half in third-person. There is nothing wrong with having multiple first-person POVs from different characters, because the overarching narrative style remains consistent from beginning to end.
