Madness- 68% of the water used in Utah goes to hay and alfalfa, and then a big chunk of that just goes to China. Keep it home, put it in the Great Salt Lake. It’s time to buy out the farmers and hang up the spurs.
Alfalfa, which is primarily used to feed cattle, uses two-thirds of the entire state of Utah's water.
