Founder to founder: Reminder to stop focusing on payouts. I’ve made over $40,000 on payouts. Sounds good on paper… until I tell you it took 3 years. They’re a nice bonus and they help pay for my X subscription and my phone bill. But no way in hell is it ever going to scale by business and leave a legacy. There are 56 days left until 2027. My challenge to you is to spend the rest of the year focusing on just 1 thing: • Send 10 DMs a day. Message people who interact with your content. Not for yourself, but for their problem you can help solve. Most people will say no, that’s just how business works. But the 1% (5 clients) that’s say “yes” will be the reason your business will grow. Either way I am thankful for what X has done for me. Thank you!
