@TravelodgeUK at your Newcastle-Under-Lyme hotel. Music blaring from the bar opposite is unbearable. The girl on reception (who was lovely) says it’s always like this. All she could offer was a free drink. I’ve paid £156; it’s ridiculous. Please advise how I get a refund.
