@WindowsByTheSea My friend Vira (pictured) and I went out to see the fall colours. On the way home I bought Valençay and Chabichou cheese. The Chabichou was amazing. The Valençay I gave to a friend who loves goat cheese and has a birthday on Wednesday.

I've had Valençay before, and when my friend mentioned that she loves goat cheese, I told her the origin story of Napoleon lopping off the top of the pyramid, When I later found out that Wednesday was her B-day, I decided I wanted her to experience real French goat cheese.
