πŸ™„ it’s not as hard as it sounds guys. It’s not always comfortable but it’s not torture. You need to eat more high volume low calorie foods. More veggies, oatmeal (steel cut) is awesome, lean proteins. Drink more frikkin water. Stop saturating things in sauces 😩

Find your damn caloric maintenance amount and just eat 400-500 less than that. Simple. You don’t have to squeeze it down to only 1200 calories or less. Track your damn calories, you lazy shmucks. No one wants to put in the effort to do that. And go on walks!! Move your damn body
