The court dismissed the case on procedural grounds but did not dispute the argument of the United States that Daniel J. Sullivan (a/k/a Decoy Dan) entered the race as a frivolous candidate to confuse voters.
DOJ plans to file a notice of appeal. Alaskan voters deserve a fair election, not to be misled in an attempt to rig outcomes.

This is insane. One of the 12 people indicated for terrorizing Jewish Michiganders worked for Abdul El-Sayed's Senate campaign. El-Sayed was literally hiring antisemites who were terrorizing Jews in Michigan.
12 people now indicted in Michigan for a campaign of terror against Jews and anyone tied to Israel.
Jars of noxious chemicals thrown into family homes. Windows smashed. Homes marked with red inverted triangles, the symbol Hamas uses to mark targets for death.
One allegedly threatened to slowly poison a victim once he became a doctor.
Targets: the Jewish Federation of Detroit, UM regents, a campus cop, a student.
This was never a "protest movement." It's Hamas tactics on American streets.

Abdul El-Sayed is working on behalf of the Muslim Brotherhood. This should be bi-partisan and should scare every American.
The Muslim Brotherhood wrote down its plan in 1991: destroy Western civilization from within, and listed 29 "friend" organizations in America to help do it.
Abdul El-Sayed, the Democratic nominee for Senate in Michigan, is connected to them over and over again:
• ISNA is number 1 on the Brotherhood's friends list. El-Sayed's father-in-law sits on ISNA's Founders Committee
• ISNA was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case. Its leaders were convicted in 2008 of funneling $12 million to Hamas
• His father-in-law was also president of CAIR Michigan, another group named in that same Hamas financing case, and still sits on its board
• That father-in-law has put $300,000 into the super PAC electing El-Sayed
• The Muslim Student Association is number 2 on the list. El-Sayed was vice president of its University of Michigan chapter. His wife was on the board too
• He speaks at ISNA, CAIR, and ICNA events. ICNA is on the list too
• His half-sister wrote it plainly in 2012: "My family has long been MB." She wrote about their mother's Brotherhood activism, and family members jailed for being part of it
• Their mother worked for the Islamic American Relief Agency, designated by Treasury in 2004 for financing al-Qaeda and Hamas
• In 2011, El-Sayed wrote that Americans should not worry if the Muslim Brotherhood took power in Egypt
• In 2012, he signed a letter backing Brotherhood president Morsi and calling on him to "purge the media and the police as quickly as possible"
• When America killed al-Qaeda propagandist Anwar al-Awlaki, El-Sayed called it an "extrajudicial assassination"
• When America killed 9/11 mastermind Ayman al-Zawahiri, El-Sayed called the strike "troubling" and a "fig leaf"
• When Trump killed Soleimani, the Iranian general behind the deaths of over 600 US troops, El-Sayed warned: "one shouldn't kick a rabid dog"
• When Khamenei was killed, El-Sayed said there were "a lot of people in Dearborn who are sad today"
• Asked by Bret Baier about the Morsi letter, El-Sayed shut the question down: "I'm not interested." He would not walk it back
• After he won his primary, the Muslim Brotherhood's own website celebrated
He says he "has no ties".

Four more domestic terrorists from the University of Michigan have been arrested by the FBI, now making ‘The Gang of 8,’ the ‘Gang of 12.’
In June, eight university students belonging to “Safe X Michigan” formerly the Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), were charged in connection with targeting university leaders and their children, local businesses and state police.
Federal charges include: threatening to murder federal witnesses, threatening to poison university officials, crossing state lines to commit violence, intimidating victims, the use of chemical weapons, vandalizing local businesses and homes, and threatening to burn down the homes of university employees with their children inside if they didn’t divest from Israel.
One of the newly four students arrested is a terror-supporter, excuse me, “student activist,” that I’ve documented for years, Joseph Mark Fisher.
Fisher was a long-time ringleader on campus, as waves of violent protests against Israel spiraled out of control.
Aside from participating in activity that has him facing two counts of conspiracy to transmit threats, he led the disruption of the University of Michigan’s graduation ceremony, which forced the police to intervene.
Fisher, along with 11 other students, led a TWO YEAR campaign of violent criminal activity that saw Jewish businesses vandalized and private homes of university officials littered with fake, bloody corpses of Palestinian children.
The University of Michigan is currently receiving $1.3 BILLION in federal funding.
The student organizations that Joseph Mark Fisher belonged to, the same organizations that marked children for death, are still operating on this campus.
