out of touch billionaire needs to learn when to shut the fuck up
Multiple roommates. Ramen noodles. Near public transportation. Respect to the people who do whatever it takes. I worked as a bartender. Bar-back. $2.15 an hr plus whatever tips got shared. Worked at a retail store. Never had benefits at any job. Had 5 roommates in a 3 br apt. Ate lousy food out of cans and ate a ton of peanuts and shit food at happy hour. Had credit cards ripped up. Etc. But I learned a ton. Taught me what was right and wrong about running a business by watching my bosses and their bosses Yeah I know. It was much easier then, when inflation was 15 pct and national unemployment was 10 %. I know I was fortunate when I finally got fired from the store, and had to start my own business with zero cash. Bill collectors everywhere. Even luckier when I found my first customer so I could pay my bills But I recognize it’s so much harder today. Which is why I respect the people who are willing to do what it takes to get started

Culturally I don’t even think 2018 was peak Drake > 2011 coming off TML going into Take Care clears >Also 2015-2016 coming off IYRTITL and WATTBA going into Views clears
Two absolute monster years for commercial dominance, cultural chokeholds, and stream numbers: ➡️ 2018 Drake ➡️ 2024 Kendrick Which run was objectively BETTER?

Drake is a Hip-Hop legend. He put up as good of a fight as anyone can against the GOAT (Kendrick) He lost yes but if you’re a fan of lyrics there are plenty of great lyrics between both in those diss records. You don’t have to pick a side. Appreciate what we witnessed
REPLAY ⏪🚨 Problem goes OFF as he defends Kendrick Lamar while addressing the continued backlash over Drake’s 2024 rap battle LOSS during an appearance with Glasses Malone at Baller Alert’s studio with Ferrari Simmons. Problem says he’s tired of people questioning why they’re celebrating Kendrick’s victory, arguing that fans and friends should be allowed to show love to the person who WON the battle. He compares it to celebrating a winning sports team instead of constantly revisiting the losing side. He also suggests Drake’s supporters are struggling to accept the outcome because they expected him to win, adding that some industry figures in Atlanta, Miami and New York benefited financially from their relationships with Drake. Problem, who admits he was a huge Drake fan before the battle, says he can no longer connect with his music the same way because of the change in Drake’s energy and persona following the loss. His biggest point? It’s not about hating Drake. It’s about loving Kendrick, celebrating their friend’s victory and refusing to pretend the 2024 outcome didn’t happen. As Problem puts it, no amount of revisiting the conversation will change the fact that Kendrick WON. 🏆
