My friend, who attended yesterday protest in London, exposed the entire event.🚨
I asked him, “What did he think about the Dhruv Rathee protest in London?”
He said, “When I arrived, there were barely 15–20 people, and they were all Indians. But suddenly, many Bangladeshi and Pakistani people showed up and started demanding Gyanesh Kumar’s resignation.

Dude, educate yourself before writing long posts. Even fixed wired Internet is cheap in India. For about $7 a month, we get unlimited Internet at 300 Mbps. That’s enough for a $3000 per capita GDP country right now. India has its own plans for satellite Internet.
There is no one in the country right now who can afford to pay for internet and isn’t getting it. This is one of the few things India a has done well compared to the rest of the world. There is no nationalism in this.

India has among the fastest and cheapest internet in the world, with remarkable coverage too… for $4/mo you get 60GB of super fast internet that works perfectly even in my random family village
I love Starlink and think India should give them a license, but I wonder how many people will pay $27/mo (what they charge in Rwanda, currently the cheapest market).
India already has excellent connectivity, and the rural areas where Starlink would be most useful are also where people can least afford it.
This license thing feels similar to the US not allowing Chinese cars… is there a different way I should be thinking about it?

Please accept my humble apologies for not realizing that you are the real boss of India.
Naturally, you would prefer to maintain your monopolistic exploitation of the great people of India, but would you nonetheless consider allowing Starlink to compete?
There are many areas of India, as there are in all countries, with no Internet access, which denies children the opportunity for education and for small businesses the opportunity to sell their goods to a global market. Starlink would change their lives for the better.
