Connecting across schools is where the real magic happens! 🌟 Just before half term, colleagues from Tove Learning Trust gathered for our Trust-wide Training Day, which was organised into five cluster groups to share expertise, collaborate, and prepare for the term ahead.
Centred around the theme of Ambition, Belonging, and Coherence (the ABCs), the day provided our staff with the opportunity to reflect on pushing boundaries, fostering community, and aligning our practices across schools. 🚀
Investing in our amazing staff is at the heart of everything we do, and coming together to connect and inspire ensures we continue to deliver the best for our students.

To kick off the new academic year, we held our very first Tove Learning Trust Central Team Training Day - a brilliant opportunity to welcome new colleagues, connect across teams, and gear up for the months ahead.
To top off the day, we officially wrapped up our 10-year anniversary celebrations in style! Our CEO, Jamie Clarke OBE, buried a trust time capsule packed with artefacts from all 16 of our schools and planted a commemorative magnolia tree using soil gathered from every site.
A fitting tribute marking a decade of growth and shared history. We are excited to step into this next chapter together, driven by our motto: Inspiring education that leads to outstanding outcomes.
