Let me introduce myself. My name is Alexander D’Albini. I live nestled amongst the South Downs, near the beautiful town of Arundel. I share my residence with a wife, four kids, two cats, a dog, a guinea pig, and many chickens. I write three SubStacks newsletters: Tower of Adam, where I write about theology with unique takes. I’m writing an extended series on how to be a Christian in this modern technological age. Tales of Old England Christendom is my second SubStack. This is where I explore AngloSaxon Christianity. At the moment, I am writing about King Alfred and the lessons we can learn from his life. The third SubStack is called Agloria. Here, I talk about other topics, especially AngloFuturism. This is a new ideology which wants to build a brighter future for the Anglosphere. I have also written three books. Collected Essays on AngloFuturism Philosophy. The Heavens of the Hebrews, a book exploring the theological and archeo-astronomical themes in Genesis. And a fairy story book I wrote for my wife called Taming the Dragon. All available on Amazon. At church yesterday, the preacher was talking about how that when we become a Christian, we move from an ego-centric life to Christ-centred one. This means we no longer centre our lives around our own wants, needs, and desires, but seek Him and all His fullness. I then started thinking about the letter ‘I’ which represents the first person singular. And then I looked at a Cross that was in the stained glass window off to my right. I realised that the Cross is an ‘I’ with a line through it. In our Christian life, every time we look at the Cross, we need to remember it is no longer I that live, but Christ who lives in me.
