Great customer service from @British_Airways yesterday handing me a handwritten card as we landed to thank me for 10 years as an executive club member. A bottle of Prosecco might have been a nice gesture!
What’s happening with online check in @British_Airways this morning? Multiple attempts to check in for a flight tomorrow, finally accepted it but now says online or print option for boarding pass not available?

He referenced the APPG report on the impact of COVID & the sustainability of hospice funding, as well as the inaccurate assumption that all ICBs pass the right amount of money to hospices.

It’s #ChildrensHospiceWeek a time to raise awareness of the vital children’s hospice services @renniegrove and others provide. During the pandemic families have been pushed to the limit, but our children’s hospice at home nurses have been available for advice and support.
Our @renniegrove volunteers help us to keep caring. During #VolunteersWeek I’d like to say a massive thank you to all of the wonderful volunteers who give their time to our charity. Thank you!
