We are grateful our fellow peasant @GeesMike who built an app to remind us of our sacred duty to obey the Network Code and help us understand how FREEDOM works.
But perhaps the Code only applies to us peasants? Looks like our Supreme Leader has been violating his own sacred code!
7 charges. 2 felonies. 5 infractions! 🤯
According to the sacred code, the punishment for a felony is BAN. Very reasonable. We, the peasants fully support law and order.
I feel deeply deceived. The overwhelming outpouring of support for our democratically democratic digital democracy has been overshadowed by this unfortunate discovery.
And now we also face a constitutional crisis. Who bans the man who invented the bans? 🤷♀️ I invite my fellow peasants to examine @balajis docket and help us navigate this unprecedented constitutional emergency.
Together, we must find a way to BAN BALAJI FROM FARCASTER and keep it family friendly.

Been sitting in the voiceless void over the weekend, deciding what to do with this pledge of loyalty requested by the new owners of @farcaster_xyz . I've made a lot of friends on the purple app and admire many people over there for what they're doing.

I left Farcaster after the last ownership transition actually.
I had spent about 6 months building a coin and a community and then my FC account was hacked. Never been hacked ever before on any other platform btw.
It took over a month of begging tagging and emailing to get my account reinstated. It actually didn't work and I had to have a FC OG bring up my case before they did anything about it. Once the new FC owners did they marked me as a spam account. Can't make this shit up.
That was it for me. Can't say I'm surprised at hearing the news of new owners shitting on the community that built it in the first place, but it doesnt mean it doesnt break my heart.
FC was like a CT subculture of fun and experimentation and it sucks it went this way.
Personally, I cant wait to see what the OG FC community comes up with in it's place, because i know it will be awesome!
