What happens when entrepreneurship meets the right support?🌱
Through the partnership between the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) and Transcorp Group (@TranscorpGroup), African entrepreneurs are gaining access to the funding, training and mentorship they need to grow their businesses and create opportunities for others.
The 2026 TEF and Transcorp Group Partner Monitoring Report offers a snapshot of the progress reported by entrepreneurs supported through this partnership in Nigeria and Benin.
Here are some of the key findings:
- 65.5% reported an increase in monthly revenue.
- 610 net additional jobs were reported across the businesses monitored.
- 37.5% secured new business-to-business or supply-chain contracts.
- 76.4% said TEF mentorship had directly influenced their business decisions.
