On August 3, 2026, Justali Isiani donated GEL 55,000 to Georgian Dream - his first contribution to the party.
Weeks prior, his company was awarded a GEL 465,000 contract by Kutaisi City Hall as the sole bidder.
Our findings 🧵👇
🔗 Full report: bit.ly/4yOLzCc
Between 2022–2024, Kutaisi City Hall also awarded Mshenebeli 2018 six direct contracts without a tender, worth GEL 423,468.
🚨 GEL 419,786 of this total was handed out under "urgent necessity" or "state and public importance" exemptions, bypassing open competitive bidding.
Beyond municipal contracts, Mshenebeli 2018 won an uncompeted auction on May 29 for a licence to extract sand and gravel from the Rioni River.
Repeated non-competitive public procurement coupled with subsequent political donations points to significant corruption risks requiring immediate scrutiny by oversight bodies.
🔴 Bidzina Ivanishvili and Georgian Dream bear full legal and political responsibility for Elene Khoshtaria’s imprisonment, health and safety.
❗We demand her immediate release and that she be provided with all necessary medical care.
Freedom for @Helenkhosh !
Freedom for all political prisoners!

💰 What’s the secret to doing profitable business in Georgia?
Lilo Mall shareholders donated to UNM in 2012, then to Georgian Dream and its backed presidential candidate. Companies linked to the owners secured over GEL 50 million in state contracts.

⚠️ GEL 121.3 million in contracts awarded without competition.
In Samtskhe-Javakheti, companies linked to Georgian Dream donors won three water supply tenders unopposed: Gza won two and Invest Group won one.
💧Gza’s two contracts total GEL 90.8 million, while Invest Group’s contract is worth GEL 30.5 million. Together, they account for 45.5% of the total value of the region’s ongoing water supply projects.
In other words, almost half of the funding for these projects is covered by contracts won without competition.

No one should be imprisoned for speaking freely, standing up for their beliefs, or exercising their fundamental rights.
Ahead of the International Day of Political Prisoners on October 30, Freedom House joins the October 30 Coalition in calling for sustained international action to secure the release of political prisoners worldwide and hold their persecutors accountable.
We must continue to raise their names, stand with their families, and demand their freedom.

1️⃣ The company changed hands, but GEL 132.7 million in water supply contracts stayed in the family. Gza is carrying out three projects in Samtskhe-Javakheti, accounting for 49.8% of the total value of the region’s ongoing water supply projects.
2️⃣ Gza previously belonged to Georgian Dream MP Giorgi Chkonia. Its owner is now GI Capital, held equally by Lia and Tea Chkonia. The company’s direct owner has changed, but it remains linked to the MP’s family. Gza’s executives have donated a combined GEL 360,000 to Georgian Dream.

⚠️ Banning Georgia’s pro-Western opposition parties would end political pluralism and electoral democracy.
Ahead of the October 21–23 hearings, TI Georgia's analysis finds that the lawsuit fails to meet constitutional requirements and lacks sufficient evidence.
