The Fifth Circuit has reversed course and ruled that Aliens are NOT entitled to bond hearings within 90 days of detention.
A three-judge panel had ruled the opposite before the full court decided to rehear the case on its own accord.
The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed a ruling requiring bond hearings for three illegal aliens detained during removal proceedings. The court rejected their due process challenges in a 10-7 decision.
