The government claimed that their legal costs for our 4 PPE cases amounted to £1 million😮; and were attempting to intimidate us into dropping the cases. (If we lost, GLP would be liable for £1million)..

We applied for a ‘cost cap’ in court, to reduce the legal costs if we lose our 4 cases. If we hadn’t won this cost cap, we would have had to drop the 4 cases.
Today is monumental.
