Smoked pork belly is very rich but sometimes it just hits. Smoked the pork belly to 201 degrees, let rest overnight in fridge, cut into cubes, put in pan, covered in sauce and in the oven for a hour or so to heat back up. 👨‍🍳 😘 🔥 🍖#chefskiss #porkbelly #smokedmeats #thatsouce
