How do companies like @NordicTrack remain in business with such deplorable customer service? Cant get through on the phone, treadmill delivered and cannot figure out how to get it installed even though we paid for install .

i like how @BLM_CO says the horses that were rounded up now are starving which they clearly were not and then the they dont let the journalists see the horses rounded up from a year ago . No mention of cattle and sheep eating the forage!
