BREAKING: Trump shuts off intelligence to Ukraine, cutting off data for drones, air attacks, and air defense This is a clear and direct violation of the Budapest Memorandum of 1994 - in which US gave security guarantee to Ukraine in exchange for Ukraine giving up nukes and ships

Tristan Snell has no idea what he’s talking about once again. All he’s doing is showing he’s a traitor to America. Just leave, Tristan. You’re in the wrong country.

Trump's decision to cut intelligence to Ukraine betrays our 1994 security pledge, weakening Ukraine's defense against Russia. This reckless move endangers lives and undermines U.S. credibility. Congress must act to stop this betrayal.

Ukraine broke the Budapest Memorandum of 1994 multiple times By attempting to join Nato By building bio labs on the Russian border By genocide on the Russian speaking Ukrainian citizens of Donbass Isnt it strange that you will not point this out ?

DJT treats America's treaties and agreements the same way he treats his agreements with contractors. His unethical and illegal behavior has been on public display for decades.

That traitorous president of ours has or will have blood on his hands from here on if more Ukrainians die from Russian attacks. This is really is treasonous.

I often talk about the Budapest Memorandum, but nobody recalls it. I'm glad you brought it up. Former President Clinton now believes it was a mistake to pressure Ukraine to give up their nukes in the 1990s. nitter.cf/hissgoescobra/status/1…
Guilt on Bill Clinton's face. Ukraine relied on the United States, to help them if Russia broke its agreement. Ukraine gave up nukes, its only real security, in exchange for a promise. It risked its life for reduced proliferation. For us, for the world. How dare we run now.

Budapest Memorandum holds no legal weight as it was not a treaty ratified by the Senate.

As a lawyer, you would think that you would know a memorandum has no legal standing. The only time it held legal standing was during the Clinton administration. Ukraine should have obtained a Treaty to be legally binding. But as you know a treat would require Senate confirmation.

The document that has absolutely no enforcement lever? The one that Ukraine, the US and NATO have repeatedly violated? STFU Tristan, they are happily taking volunteers so go fight. In the mean time, learn something today.

Europe is h*ll bent in starting WWIII, and we want no part of it. European Leaders are also forcing Islamification on their citizens, and we want no part of it. European Leaders are also eliminating democracy, and we want no part of it. The EU is a corrupted tyrannical bureaucracy, and we want no part of it. Hopefully, civil wars will break out in sovereign countries to stop the EU. – at Kingsville, TX

Not true. The Budapest Memorandum does not contain any security guarantees. The US is under no legal obligation to come to the defense of Ukraine.

Russia is immediately striking civilian targets in Ukraine. The question is, have the citizens of the United States chosen Russia as their new ally? This new ally of yours is striking civilians with missiles. Quo vadis, USA? reuters.com/world/europe/rus…

This forces Europe (e.g. Fin) and other US weapons systems clients (Australia, India etc.) to reconsider their purchases from USA immediately.

Search engine! says: The Budapest Memorandum of 1994 is a diplomatic memorandum signed by Ukraine, Russia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. It committed these countries to respect Ukraine's independence, sovereignty, and existing borders, and to refrain from the threat or use of force against Ukraine.

But let's be honest, Ukraine ousted their own government in a revolution no one seems to remember about in 2014, of which was in their own accord of their own political leaders at odds between pro-Russia or slightly more pro-West ideals. This in turn is the reason Russia broke that memorandum & ultimately the war broke out. Do you think a government that fragile deserves nuclear weapons? Do you think America still REALLY needs to defend a government that can't decide which side they're on - whether they want peace today, or continued war tomorrow? Really? If Ukraine's people can't decide whether it's pro Russia (closer to its homeland) or pro West ideals why does this have anything to do with the US? Should it not be settled between Russia and Ukraine alone? I think arguably this is a problem Russia and Ukraine need to work out, not something the US should be meddling with, now several years into this smh 🤦‍♂️ I think based on this, Trump made the right decision, we, the US, should not be involved 👍

Donald trump is not a man that is known to respect or honor agreements or deals of any kind. He has no issue violating contracts that he himself negotiated and agreed upon. To think he would respect something that someone else put in place decades ago is laughable.

Every politician during and after the Budapest memorandum violated it since 1994, including Clinton. The UN pressured by the US bombed Belgrade, furthering the proxy wars with Russia. The coup in 2014 the Midon revolution. Stop telling partial truths for clicks plenty of blame to go around. Not our monkeys not our circus.
