If I remember right the aids is injected via syringe, and then cured with money but I havent seen that episode in like five years
The point being any of these would be objectionable, even as satire, with child actors(well maybe not the aids plot if I remember it correctly), but the fact that they're animated puts certain things "in bounds" that otherwise wouldn't be. Cartoons are distinct in that way
