Allow me to tell you a little about our story.
I lived in Germany for five years, spending most of my youth working tirelessly, saving from my hard-earned money for one dream: to build an apartment in my hometown, Beit Hanoun. After years of exile and hard work, I was finally able to lay the foundation stone of that dream, while also supporting my family as much as I could.
But then the war broke out…
So I decided to return immediately to my family, to stand by my mother’s side.
As for my cousin, he was the owner of a jewelry and electrical supplies shop in Beit Hanoun, building his livelihood through his own effort and dedication.
Sadly, the city was completely destroyed. Homes were blown up, dreams were shattered, and we were denied the right to return. Today, we find ourselves in the heart of the Gaza Strip, living in tents, relying on humanitarian aid just to stay alive.
This is the price of war…
And we, the innocent, are the ones who pay it

Survival isn't the end of suffering; sometimes it's the beginning. I survived after losing my family and everything I owned, and now I face life alone with an injury that prevents me from working and an uncertain future. I try to hold on to hope, but it weakens day by day. Your support and participation might give me the strength to continue.
