Out in Highbury community garden this morning despite the weather 🌧️ @TwoRedwood and @Redwood1_ continued their mosaics and harvested one of their courgettes! Our sunflowers are getting so tall they needed extra support 🌻 @Framework_HA #natureinmind @TNLComFund

We have made a start on our “Self Compassion” boxes on @TwoRedwood, using items that pts find useful for sensory input to alert or calm, comfort & some coping strategy cards. Lots of decorating of the boxes with AC Joy to make them extra personal 💖 #selfcompassion #grounding ✨

Addiction Recovery Patient Groups are back on at @TwoRedwood again in a few weeks. Cannot wait for the staff, patients, myself and @NottsRecovery to get back into the swing of things. @NottsHealthcare

Really lovely Creative Writing group on @TwoRedwood, @AlisonT82567727 our PSW & a patient came up with the subject “What would the world be like without electricity?” we wrote poems, stories and drew pictures and got to know each other that little bit more. @NottsHealthcare #AMH
