shamelessly stealing jojo's idea and doing a thread on games i've played recently and my thoughts on them!
I need to find a reason to clear up my backlog and get out there to try new games - let's do this.
I don't think I've ever been this conflicted on my postion in the online space before. Not sure what I will do for now but I'm thinking a lot about what path to continue on. 馃
Been going through so many games im actually happy to be editing instead lmao ive deadass been editing for like 16 hours in the last 3 days
FNAF Secret of the Mimic - 3.5/5
Really liked what they did here, frustrating sections (ESPECIALLY Tickets please) and often unclear puzzles took down experience a lot for me. But i really loved the ideas here and want to see them improve those in the next game.
Minecraft Dungeons 2 - 3/5
I expected a lot more. The new changes made here are lovely but the (lack of) content doesn't justify the pricetag. Also piss easy. Hardest difficulty and I was bitching everyone. I still enjoyed my time, but i wish they went deeper with the gameplay
Alan Wake 2 - 5/5
This game is so prideful and full of itself and I mean it in the best way possible. There's a part where it makes you watch a whole ass shortfilm in a theater in thirdperson and I was seated for it like a good boy. Masterpiece
Control Resonant - 4/5
This game absolutely rocks, and i want to give it a higher rating although combat encounters, systems and most enemies being really spongy in the first half held me back a lot with it only getting somewhere past the 10 hour mark. Love everything else tho!

Got to the ashtray segment and I knew this was special.
