After having a little to cool off I say this, the defense played its tail off, this team needs to just stay afloat until Garrett gets back today was proof that a good defense can keep us in games. We are used to stafford having to bail us out, now the d can hold it down.
I’m going to be honest I’m having a hard time finding anything positive to say. Eagles have the worst run d in the nfl and we are 15-2 passing selection, Receivers are wide open, and we are playing the eagles backups. I’m tired of defending how we can’t seem to just win games.
I never want people to lose their jobs but after Troy reeder I figured the rams had gotten rid of the weak parts of the team, Xavier smith had to go. I feel better about our special teams already
This game is completely diffent if we catch the 4 picks and Stafford hits two bombs to Devante, just one of those nights

The crowd reaction at SoFi Stadium as No. 99 Aaron Donald comes out of the tunnel and is reintroduced to fans after 2 years of retirement
We cannot lose tonight with the gauntlet coming up Denver Philly and buffalo. Doesn’t matter how but the rams cannot go 0-2. We have a great run game and 5 TE time to make it happen.
Listen considering that the rams don’t play in the preseason, I didn’t expect a win week 1. The rams always struggle against the niners, but best believe this team always gets better, we have the gauntlet to go. On to the giants

He’s back: Rams star Aaron Donald is coming out of retirement and returning to the Rams on a one-year, $20M deal that with incentives could be worth up to $30M, per @rapsheet and me.
After two seasons away, Donald now will join forces with Myles Garrett, giving the Rams two of the top defensive linemen in NFL history.

Ty Simpson through 7 quarters of football:
47/60 (78.3%)
382 yards
3 TD & 0 INT
He’s been really, really sharp. The poise, accuracy, & command of the offense have stood out every time he’s been on the field.
Ty Simpson looked the best out of the rookie QB’s & it’s not particularly close….
Some people owe @danorlovsky7 an apology….

I’ll say it ty Simpson looked better in one game then Stetson Bennett has in 3 seasons. I know it’s pre season but I feel very optimistic about the future #whoshouse
