It’s always a gamble when you let a 6 and 10 year be DJ in the car. Ours goes a little something like this…
Amare 10; “Ooo this is a slap, clean versions only tho boy, you know that.”
Aveah 6; “Go ahead boo, you can sing. Please no more “SkuttleButt” the rest of the trip.”
Can’t trust my 6 year old to put my Apple Watch on the charger before bedtime. That watch never stood a chance. Now this workout don’t even count🤦🏽♂️
Anybody else start their Apple Watch as soon as they start doing any house cleaning in or outside like me? 🙋🏽♂️
I’m moving, so I need all of those steps/calories properly counted.
Finishing up content for a Professional Development session in New Mexico this Friday for one of my favorite partners in Equus Workforce Solutions.
In Las Vegas with the fam and still need to make the time to lock in and be ready to use my gift to impact and influence.

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to moderate a panel of Student Leaders from the Vancouver Community to discuss mental health and substance abuse.
I’ll tell you right now, these 5 humans made my job easy and their level of perspective and empathy was incredibly inspiring.
