In a message sent from Ole Miss athletics to students: “No person wearing an opposing team's gear or colors will be allowed entrance into the student section. Additionally, anyone found to be wearing opposing team apparel or colors in the student section will be removed.” I’m sure many remember the situation that happened at the Ole Miss/LSU baseball series in April

With the media circus arriving in less than two weeks, Pete Golding thinks the timing of the Cardinals’ fight was ideal. Golding said he felt a step ahead on the headset, but miscommunication in the secondary was costly “I think it came at the right time because now we’re putting the focus back on us. Attention to detail and training our eyes and focusing on block destruction, tackling and angles. All the things that came up in the game that had nothing to do based on call. Notable that Ole Miss was down two of its starting o-linemen at points in this GW series. Howes in for Kinsler IV, Troy Everett in for Delano Townsend. Townsend’s injury didn’t look good on his right foot either. Possibly something to monitor for the Rebels’ starting LG
