Congress is scrambling right now to pass online identity checks to use the internet—just like we’re seeing in places like the UK—before anyone realizes what they’re doing. They’re using “protecting kids” as their excuse, but it’s really about spying on and controlling Americans!

hey @fourboxesdiner @GunWashington @MorosKostas Ezell I found the right to acquire when it struck down the Chicago gun shop ban. with the first circuit saying there is no right to acquire, doesn't this give us a circuit split to argue the right to acquire in front of SCOTUS, which could lead to the right to make one's own firearm as you can only acquire through retail, private sale or make your own?
🚨UPDATE🚨 The First Circuit just set the Second Amendment back decades in Beckwith v. Frey. In a shocking move, they claimed that "purchasing or acquiring" a firearm isn't actually covered by the "plain text" of the 2nd Amendment. This BEGS for Supreme Court review.

Great video, though I strongly disagree with one point: we shouldn't justify new laws by accepting a tax on our fundamental, inalienable rights. We also have to consider the strategic trap. If machine gun sales result in no crime increase, the opposition will credit government oversight as the new gold standard. If crime rises, they’ll use it to demand even tighter state control in place of FFL transfers. That might be a lose-lose for liberty. What if we took a grassroots approach? Interpreting cities as viable authorities under the statute could bypass central restrictions, allowing for faster, local scaling. Does a city-based legal strategy seem more viable to you?

A pro- 2A bill in Georgia aims to reinforce the state’s codified Stand Your Ground law. Why don’t red states do more to protect the Second Amendment?

San Diego Police are putting out misleading info on how to store firearms in your car. Getting this wrong has real consequences. Ignore their advice and watch my video for the facts you actually need to stay safe and compliant. If you don't agree with my version, you hate kids.

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed…unless you approach law enforcement.”
If you approach law enforcement with a gun, there is a high likelihood they will be legally justified in shooting you. Don’t do it!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The U.S. Constitution (particularly the 2nd, 4th, and 14th amendments) prohibit officers from shooting citizens merely for possessing a weapon that is not an “imminent threat”. This was reaffirmed in Graham v Connor, which says force must be reasonable. supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/… justice.gov/jm/1-16000-dep…. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitut…

Gun deaths in America are about 17 per 100,000 people. Medical Assistance In Dying in Canada is about 41.5 per 100,000 people. At least that’s what the internet tells me.

🚨BREAKING🚨 In an ultimate betrayal of the 2nd Amendment, the Trump admin is DEFENDING the archaic National Firearms Act of 1934. @TheJusticeDept supports gun registration under the Necessary & Proper and Commerce Clauses, says the $0 NFA tax is still a "valid" tax.

The ATF has a secret contract with a vendor to digitize MILLIONS of legacy gun purchase records to build an illegal NATIONAL GUN REGISTRY. This ATF contract for “Data Entry and Imaging Services” was put to bid back in 2022 and awarded in 2024. It is now active. State Delegate Chris Anders has introduced a bill to ban the creation of any gun registry in West Virginia, punish those who help create it, and mandate the West Virginia Attorney General sue the federal government to put a stop to the registry once and for all. We need your help to bring this story to national attention, and shut down this illegal registry scheme once and for all. Sign the petition below!

Ah, the Canuck speaks out of turn yet again. Let me firmly address the 1996 Australian gun legislation, which is erroneously credited with reducing homicide rates—a claim that collapses under scrutiny. Identical declines occurred in the United States and Canada during the same period, decisively proving the law was not the driving force behind any change. Advocates, grasping at straws in the face of this clear evidence, pivot to tout Australia’s lower homicide rates compared to the US. This argument, however, crumbles when we recognize that the rate gap existed well before 1996 and predates modern gun control measures in both countries. Moreover, several US states, even those with lax gun laws, maintain homicide rates on par with Australia’s, exposing the flawed logic of gun control as a solution. On the suicide front, proponents of the law misleadingly cite a drop from 12 to under 9 per 100,000 between 1995 and 2006 as a supposed triumph. This is a hollow boast, as the decline mirrored trends across Canada, the US, and Europe, rendering the law’s impact negligible. More tellingly, suicide rates in both Australia and the US have surged back, hitting a ten-year high of 12 per 100,000 in Australia by 2015—reverting to pre-1996 levels and debunking any lasting effect. Yet, gun control advocates stubbornly insist it effectively reduces suicides, ignoring the undeniable data to the contrary. This reveals a troubling trend in media and policymaker narratives, where the passage of gun control laws is recklessly hailed as the primary cause of homicide reductions, despite lacking robust evidence. Meanwhile, instances where relaxed gun laws in the US correlate with declining homicide rates are conveniently dismissed. The reality is stark: the situation is far more complex than gun control proponents admit, with a multitude of factors that their simplistic policies fail to address.
