A guild that only runs the 10 man can still get a lot of it, just not everything, from what the developers said in an interview. And what the 10 man drops isn't supposed to be a step down, since item level is reportedly meant to be the same whatever size the raid is. Their reasoning is that raid size doesn't change how hard the fights are, only how hard the raid is on the organizers and raid leaders, so it doesn't make sense for the loot to be better because you had more or fewer players. I'm curious how many pieces "a lot" turns out to be for a 10 man guild though.
