NEW: They've been "war gaming" for months. Now Democratic AGs say they're cautiously confident the election will be smooth β but dismayed that the feds are acting more like adversaries than allies.
And they still have fears about what the admin might do.

This is how a person lies while telling himself he tells the truth. Did he see such a report on some crank website or social media post? Maybe. Could any intelligent, informed person think itβs true? Nope. But he repeats it anyway, fueling the partisan fire and fooling the gullible.

Next he will claim the Somalis have taken over the dog and cat eating from the Haitians they deported.
They scare me too.
There is one thought that has been bothering me for the past few days, and it really scares me.
As you may know, I am a Christian. I am a believer. I love Jesus. And I try to follow His teachings.
I am also a US citizen who was born in Ukrainian. And I am trying to do everything I can to help my people survive the russian genocide.
Now, here is what really scares me.
Many of my fellow believers, Ukrainian immigrants who voted for Trump, are still trying to defend their choice. Their number is shrinking, but many still do.
What scares me is that I believe the same people who voted for Trump, even after he betrayed Ukraine, would have voted for Putin had they been given such a choice.
Yes, they donβt like Putin because Putin is killing their loved ones and destroying the country where they were born.
But just as Trump has deceived Americans by promising to defend so-called traditional values, Putin has done exactly the same. Tucker Carlson even calls him the defender of conservative Christian values. And I almost sure that the same people would have fallen for the same lies.
This scares me because I live in this community, and I interact with such people frequently.
And sometimes it feels like talking to someone who cannot hear you, or trying to describe colors to someone who is blind.

I know it's election day, but there's a huge story flying under the radar.
The Trump Administration is planning to deport dozens of Afghans this week, some of whom assisted the U.S. Military in Afghanistan. They fear "certain death."

More confirmation that Ukraine's new campaign of striking Russian oil infrastructure is much deadlier than previous, this morning's hit on Yaroslavl again showing not merely a few strikes, but around a dozen or more.
Three of the past 5 strikes: Novokuybyshevsk, Kstovo, Yaroslavl.
The pain doesn't stop for Russia's oil industry, with Ukraine having now struck four of Russia's most important facilities in only 5 days.
Overnight, Ukraine's drone fleets targeted Russiaβs Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in Yaroslavl. Located more than 700 km from Ukraineβs border, this refinery was commissioned in 1961 and is one of Russiaβs five largest, with an annual processing capacity of approximately 15 million tonnes (300,000 barrels per day).
Jointly controlled by Rosneft and Gazprom Neft, the facility produces gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene and lubricants. It is a strategically important supplier to central Russia, including the Moscow region, airports and military-industrial facilities.
Previous Ukrainian strikes:
β’ August 6, 2026 β Storage tanks and primary processing units damaged.
β’ August 28, 2026 β AVT-4 primary refining unit damaged.
β’ September 17, 2026 β AVT-3 processing unit damaged, causing operational disruptions.

Trump spoke about the Reflecting Pool for nearly 17 minutes today. He made several misstatements: the damage to the liner was not caused by vandals, Biden didnβt renovate it, Obama didnβt spend $144 million on repairs. This is a two minute edit of Trumpβs diatribe.
