I just A/B tested two completely different onboardings on Adapty without shipping an app update Version A asks how much time you spend on your phone. If you pick 6+ hours you get a completely different set of screens than someone who picks 2 hours Version B asks which apps you waste the most time on and builds the whole pitch around those apps I built both of them in their Flow Builder and they render natively in the app You can literally change the headline, move screens around or swap out the paywall, and it updates in the app without you having to submit a new build You don't even need to open their dashboard to do any of this Adapty has a CLI, so I can literally have Claude build both onboardings and set up the A/B test, then send me screenshots to approve before anything goes live Most indie devs never test their onboarding because every change means a new build and 2 days of waiting for review If you're getting downloads but no conversions, your onboarding is probably the problem.
