We have acquired a 2027 third-round pick and a 2028 fifth-round pick from the @Seahawks in exchange for Quenton Nelson.
If you get a 2nd round offer for Taylor you trade him. Let McGowan and Giddens rush for the rest of the year
You trade away Buckner because he deserves to be playing in a winning team.
Plus you let Adebawore play more snaps and re-sign him now
Here鈥檚 my thoughts on the Nelson trade:
You make this trade for a couple of reasons:
- avoid paying a big extension to a vet in a rebuild
- do Nelson a favour sending him to a winner
- Goncalves is playing at a pro bowl level
- they like what they see in Farmer
