1/ Every year, #JalsaUSA brings together thousands of Muslims from across the country for a weekend of worship, learning, service and fellowship—all centered on strengthening our relationship with God and serving humanity.
Missed #JalsaUSA this past weekend? We've got you covered.
Throughout the week, we'll be sharing some of the convention's inspiring speeches—starting with @man_qureshi's talk:
"The First Step to God: Upholding the First Condition of Bai'at in a Materialistic World."
"The biggest idol is our ego."
In his speech, @man_qureshi reminds us that shirk isn't only about idols of stone—it can also take the form of ego, fear, greed and placing our trust in anything above Allah.

Thank you, @KnoxThames, for spending part of your holiday weekend with us at #JalsaUSA. Your friendship, your voice and your unwavering defense of religious freedom for all are deeply appreciated.
Here’s to an America where people of every faith can worship freely. 🇺🇸🤲
On our 250th anniversary this weekend, I spoke about religious freedom to two very different audiences: 6,000 members of the U.S. Ahmadi Muslim Community and one of the largest Baptist churches in the DC area.
Different faiths. Shared freedoms. United commitment. #OnlyInAmerica
There was a packed house for the Sanat-o-Tijarat (Industry & Trade) meeting at #JalsaUSA. Sanat-o-Tijarat is there to help all Ahmadi Muslims who need it.
