it's South Africa. What they do is .... they're not actually working but they have access to who wants a ride from the Uber company (because they do work there but atm theyre not), they can show up before the real Uber guy gets there and they have their victim. Not always the case, its been Uber employees as well.

Look at some of criminal charges coming out of Houston right now and press conference that federal authorities just held. Organized gangs of foreigners are signing up as Uber/Lyft drivers, kidnapping, and raping women. It is only a matter of time until they escalate to trafficking (if they’re not already doing it). What you see in this video is just practice and to desensitize the public (and women) towards more of this. It’s the same way that criminals use firecrackers for desensitization to cover gunfire as they murder people.

Women or anyone who regularly uses Uber should have their security features set properly which includes providing drivers a PIN. If the PIN is not provided Uber automatically contacts the rider to confirm they are safe. Safety features if set properly protects riders.

In Austin I had to take over 20 u er rides in 5 days. Not one single driver was American and only a few(3 that I recall clearly) conversed in English. Most couldn’t even say No English My very legal gun was real close for every trip. Horrible feeling!
