Get better feedback by asking a smaller question.
“What do you think?” can leave people guessing what kind of help you want.
Instead:
- Name the decision
- Name the audience
- Name the constraint
- Show the relevant piece of work
Example: “Which of these two introductions makes the device-included package clearer to a new client, and why?”
Ask for reasoning you can act on. A focused question makes a coaching community much more useful.
Try one with fellow ultrasound coaches: skool.com/ultra
Make your experience easier to teach.
Some of your most useful coaching judgment happens so naturally that you no longer explain it.
A small exercise:
1. Pick a repeatable coaching task.
2. Describe what you notice, ask, decide and do.
3. Ask a trusted peer to interview you about the sequence. Look for the step you keep skipping because it feels obvious.
4. Turn that into a small teaching resource.
Your actual method can become clearer without inventing a grand new system.
Bring one real coaching question to the Ultra School community: skool.com/ultra
Your calendar is hiding some of the work.
Booked sessions are only part of delivery. Preparation, replies, records and administration take time too. None of them appear as calendar blocks.
Before setting capacity:
1. Estimate each category from your own recent experience.
2. Separate shared work (done once for the practice) from work repeated per client.
3. If your package includes a device, account for the shipping and coordination tasks you actually handle.
4. Add the whole workload. Then decide how many clients fit.
A realistic week is easier to protect than an imaginary one. Track one real week before expanding enrollment.
One client question can become four useful posts.
Start with a question people genuinely ask, such as "What happens after I receive the device?"
Then sketch four angles:
1. Show the journey.
2. Explain a common point of confusion.
3. Offer a preparation checklist.
4. Show how to ask for help.
Each post needs its own takeaway. Different angles should add understanding, not repeat the same claim in new colors.
Less blank page. More useful posts. Choose one recurring question and sketch four angles.
“Biweekly” just booked two different calendars.
One person reads it as twice a week. Another reads it as every two weeks. Both may think the schedule is obvious.
Use the actual cadence instead: “every two weeks” or “twice a week.” Add dates when they are known.
Then give the same treatment to check-ins, response windows, session length and the package end date.
Read your offer for any word that could create two expectations. Replace the ambiguous ones with specifics. Start by searching your materials for “biweekly.”
A check-in worth replying to.
“How’s everything?” is friendly. A few focused prompts can make it easier for a client to ask for useful support.
Try:
1. What did you attempt?
2. What got in the way?
3. What would you like help with?
Keep it short. Use an appropriate private channel. Explain when and how you will respond.
Then your reply completes the loop: acknowledge what they said, address the question, and agree on the next step.
Adapt the three prompts to your own check-in process.
They’ve paid. What happens in the next ten minutes?
The client experience begins at purchase. A clear welcome can make the next step easier to understand.
Tell them three things:
- how to access the service
- when it starts
- what they need to do first
If your package includes a shipped ultrasound device, explain the actual delivery process and where shipping questions go.
Then run the walkthrough yourself. Open your own welcome as a new client. Can you find one clear next action without hunting?

Technically you can make someone “unconscious” rather quickly - and apparently you wouldn’t need to involve their microtubules at all either - plus - no drugs or chemicals required

Some people think Ultrasound is some super *new* thing, that couldn't be further from the truth !
Ultrasound Neuromodulation goes back over 70 years, and we very much understand what its capable of (hint- it's some amazing stuff !)

No. Microtubule quantum processes are the connection to Platonic spacetime geometry.
Replying to @StuartHameroff
This seem fair Stuart? Penrose anchored consciousness in Platonic geometry, escaping algorithms. But you traded that for microtubule quantum hardware, trapping the theory back in reductionist boxes.
The bonus pile has entered the chat.
More resources can give clients more to sort through. A cleaner way to design a coaching package:
1. Start with the job the package needs to do.
2. Write the steps between the client's starting point and the practical progress you support.
3. For each resource, finish the sentence: "This helps the client take step ___."
Anything without a job needs another home.
Build a lean core. Put the genuinely useful extras in an optional library with clear labels.
Your client said yes. What do they see before the first call?
Delivery starts at purchase, not at the first session. The first week is pages and messages:
- a welcome that says what happens next
- an agreement that matches your service
- a short intake (goals, starting point, consent, access needs)
- start information: first appointment, how to reach you
- device delivery details
Then check each one reads as the same coach. The form, agreement, payment page and email should all be recognizably you. A logo cannot fix a conflicting sender name.
Send yourself the test email. Read it on your phone. That is where your client will read it.
A question worth asking any room of ultrasound coaches: could you defend your client story line by line?
The answer we teach has four beats:
1. Moment: the specific instant something changed, kept small.
2. Mechanism: what you did, and why.
3. Result: what changed, at the confidence your records support.
4. Lesson: the principle another coach can use.
Then the checks. A number appears only if you can point to it in your records. No number is always fine. Permission and anonymity, both. Composites labelled plainly. Coaching results only, no clinical claims.
Real numbers or no numbers.

What does a 12-week ultrasound coaching package actually include? Three parts.
1. Equipment. A US-1000 is included in the package, and the client keeps it.
2. Guidance. The coach works with the client across 12 weeks.
3. Terms. The coach sets them: calls, check-ins between calls, support, and who the package is and isn't for.
The first two give the offer a shape a client can picture. The third is where your own practice shows up.
A quick test before you price anything: can you say all three out loud in one breath? If you can, a suitable client can repeat it to a friend.

Monday, 8:04. Opening client-checkins-FINAL-v3-USE-THIS-ONE.xlsx.
You only wanted one number. Is Sam's sleep sliding, or was this week just a 4?
Next: open five Monday emails to line up five weeks of scores. Find week three in a draft you never sent. Paste it all into master-tracker-NEW. Discover master-tracker-OLD was the newer one. Rename everything. Add -REAL.
By 8:30 you maintain a spreadsheet that tracks which spreadsheet is real. It has a colour key.
The unglamorous fix: one Sheet as the single source of truth, and everything else (the Monday email, a dashboard) is just a window onto it. A snapshot tells you this week. Trends need one home.
(Fictional files. Probably.)

Microtubules Microtubules Microtubules ! Algorithm, send this tweet *exclusively* to people with Microtubules
Tell them that I am grateful for them
That I wish their Microtubules a beautiful Sunday
That the Microtubules vibrate throughout their entire body today
That they resonate in all the Hertz's
KiloHertz, MegaHertz, GigaHertz, TeraHertz, PetaHertz
That their mind, and their Consciousness stay as resilient, and protected by their Microtubule Time-Crystal Cocoons
That your consciousness scoops from both wellsprings of Material goodness, and Platonic weirdness
May your Microtubules discover insights about the world, time, being, and everything
And that your insights, your "Aha's!", your discoveries and distinctions may bless the rest of us with ever-flowing and never-ending abundance

Patients under 70 saw significant cognitive improvement from transcranial ultrasound. This specific result changes the outlook for younger-onset Alzheimer’s care.
When sound waves are delivered non-invasively to target deep brain structures, the therapeutic response is not uniform across all age brackets. Younger individuals with mild-to-moderate disease appear uniquely positioned to benefit from this tissue stimulation.
From this age-specific response, two things follow for families managing younger-onset Alzheimer's.
First, the specific ultrasound modality matters. Unfocused low-intensity pulsed ultrasound demonstrated a substantially stronger cognitive effect size than focused pulse stimulation, alongside measurable improvements in cerebral blood flow.
Second, the clinical benefits extend beyond test scores alone. Active stimulation achieved higher rates of disease stabilization and meaningful reductions in depressive symptoms, without causing amyloid-related imaging abnormalities.
For younger patients, stabilizing cognitive function early can preserve critical years of daily independence. A non-invasive option with an excellent safety profile offers a practical path forward as these protocols are refined.

Congratulations on a real breakthrough! Among theories of consciousness, the results are (?only) consistent with the Penrose-Hameroff
Orch OR theory of quantum processes in microtubules inside neurons. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3578…
In Orch OR sensory information moves from V1 forward to frontal cortex in sequences of progressively slower events. Information is represented holographically in microtubules inside neurons (how/why you have both selected/conscious and unselected/nonconscious processes in same neurons). The slowing is due to interference among faster (gigahertz, megahertz) oscillations in microtubules, culminating in conscious moments.
Orch OR has the added benefit of accounting for the selective actions of anesthesia which acts by quantum interactions with microtubules. academic.oup.com/nc/article/…
1/ We discovered something totally unexpected about the neural structure of consciousness that overturns decades of thinking on its biological basis and brings us significantly closer to the recipe for generating conscious awareness.

Showing up to the call is participation. It isn't progress.
Three columns worth keeping separate in a check-in:
1. Participation: they attended.
2. The agreed action: a routine decided once, on the call. Exact time, place, where the objects live, what it attaches to, and a floor (the smallest version that still counts).
3. Their account: what they say happened when the routine met a real week.
Fictional example: 20-minute walk after morning coffee, shoes by the door, 5-minute floor. Week 3 report: four mornings, one of them just the floor.
One review question: which days did the routine run, and which were the floor version?
A small number keeps a routine alive. The results come as a byproduct.
You priced the device. Did you price the Monday read?
A 12-week ultrasound coaching package that includes a US-1000 has more in it than hardware. Per client, per week:
Live session: 45 min (10 review, 15 adjust, 15 teach one thing, 5 set the week)
One-page summary: about 15 min by hand at first
Reading their 60-second check-in: ____
Texts or calls the read sends you to: ____
Questions and admin: ____
Multiply by clients. Multiply by 12. Then add device, shipping, payment fees and overhead.
If the total doesn't fit a real week, shrink the promise or the roster. Don't add clients to make the math work.
