Hey Poodle, some courts have found that demanding drug tests of staff is classified as me type of search; the 4th Amendment protects citizens against unreasonable searches and seizures. Mandatory drug testing may be considered an unreasonable search, thus violating someone's 4th Amendment privilege. Just recently, a woman of color stated on local tv in Chattanooga that she was trying to reach around 100 'women of color' to join her in the new activities she had started. Does anything sound kind of racist regarding that situation to anyone but me?
