Today, 35 nations signed the Joint Statement on AI Opportunity, aligning behind a PRO-GROWTH, PRO-INNOVATION regulatory approach for the AI era. A commitment to trusted supply chains, to mobilizing the private sector, and the infrastructure that will power the next century.
The future of AI will not be determined by who regulates first. It will be determined by who builds first and builds the most capacity. More energy. More compute. More chips. More talent. More builders. A future where we ACCELERATE INNOVATION AND PRIVATE INVESTMENT is welcomed.
Together, we aspire to build an AI future that serves our peoples, strengthens our economies, and empowers entrepreneurship, innovation, and the rule of law.
The decisions we make on Super Intelligence today will shape future generations. History shows that during technological paradigm shifts, early adopters surge ahead. Singapore is moving early. Singapore joined Pax Silica, the trusted coalition building our tech future, and signed new MOUs with U.S. companies to bring Super Intelligence to solve real business problems across Southeast Asia.
We welcome Singapore’s close work with American firms to deploy SI for public services, develop security standards for agentic models, and create an application-layer ecosystem that builds on U.S. frontier models.

Thanks to technology, a nation’s potential is increasingly not capped by its population. Singapore has long exemplified this. Great to catch up with my friend, Singaporean Minister Josephine Teo. We discussed advancing U.S.–Singapore cooperation on SI security, trusted technology, and delivering concrete results through Pax Silica.

As Secretary Rubio warned in July, we are witnessing the resurgence of FAR-LEFT POLITICAL TERRORISM. Secretary Rubio presciently hosted a Ministerial on this because this threat is transnational and organized in networks that cross borders, share resources, and coordinate violence.
Those who excuse, normalize and legitimize it deserve unequivocal condemnation. If you claim to stand for working people, STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR THOSE WHO DESTROY EVERYTHING WORKING PEOPLE HAVE BUILT.
