DONOVAN MARX CASE: I BELIEVE THE FOUR ACCUSED SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED BAIL I believe the four accused in the Donovan Marx case should remain in custody while the case proceeds. I support the State’s opposition to bail. The safety of Donovan, his family and witnesses, and the integrity of the investigation, must receive serious attention. The four accused who appeared in the Ventersdorp Magistrates’ Court are Phindile Alex Namnagcayi (30), Mothoka Godfrey Mathipa (56), Makema Jan Maishane (53) and Thomas Thabo Mathongtlhong (27). According to the latest information I have received, the fifth person originally arrested has been removed from the charge sheet and is expected to testify for the State under section 204 of the Criminal Procedure Act. The case has been postponed to 13 November 2026 for address verification, with bail applications also expected. Court feedback indicates that accused number one had been living on Donovan’s farm. The State argued that he could not return there if released. Accused number three reportedly has a previous conviction for robbery with aggravating circumstances and spent two years in prison. These circumstances must be properly examined and supported by evidence before the court. My position is that bail should be refused. The decision rests with the court. If convicted, those responsible must face sentences that reflect the full severity of this attack. Thank you again to SAPS investigators, local farm watches, farmers, private security personnel and community members who assisted. Their work must now be followed through with a thoroughly prepared prosecution. My thoughts remain with Donovan, Louise, their loved ones and the farmworker who was also attacked. Their dignity and privacy must be respected. IC Photo credit for 4 accused in court: Elisma Van Der Watt, Maroela Media

Finally apartheid can take a break whilst climate change takes the blame for ANC incompetence.
“Potholes will be there because we live in the situation of a climate change there are rains water the the streets get washed out” ANC SG Fikile Mbalula “We are not talking something that you know is falling from the sky we talking about what government is going to do to help” @MbalulaFikile

Wait, what?!
Nevşehir'de bir iş yerinin önünde bekleyen kadına tokat atan şahıs tutuklanarak cezaevine gönderildi. - Saldırıya uğrayan kadının işitme kaybı yaşadığı belirlendi. - Saldırgan ise ifadesinde kadına bilerek vurmadığını, kolunun yanlışlıkla çarptığını söyledi.

The term was wrong, used as an exaggeration for effect, sadly it was used as a vehicle to dilute the gravity of what is happening to white farmers in our country. I'm curious though, what would you call tying someone to a chair and slicing his ears off.

Były turbulencje i oblodzenie. Więc do wszystkich zwolenników teorii spiskowych, do wszystkich tępaków: z odrzutowca spadającego pionowo z prędkością ponad 500 węzłów, tuż poniżej prędkości dźwięku, nic nie zostanie. Brałem udział w badaniu kilku wypadków wojskowych, gdzie zostawał kawałek skóry i obrączka. Whiz, bez odbioru.” #USA #Floryda

Sheer unadulterated ignorant racism.
White people are funny to me because they keep saying Africans should stay in their continent but they were the ones that came to Africa first looking for relics and resources to loot
