No school Monday = working in the cages
Focusing on getting that back hip through when hitting and keeping my feet moving through the ball when fielding.

Friday night work! Working on timing faster pitching in 1st clip, mixing in off speed and fastballs in the 2nd clip, watching the ball all the way in on shorthops in the 3rd clip.

Friday night hitting was great, focused on staying short with my swing with the drills using a mini camwood, pushing my power forward and having a ball under my bat to stay connected through the zone.

Practice is looking a little different lately…
I recently re-dislocated my knee and found out that I tore my MPFL. Surgery is scheduled for September 4th and I am ready to attack rehab! Just a minor setback for a major comeback! 💪
