#AHS13 Aside from whatever the hell is going to happen in the finale next week, I honestly couldn't imagine how this season could've benefited if they were given 40 minutes for all 13 episodes. I can't defend whatever the hell this season is. This was done with being half-baked in mind. Like every episode is laid out flat and basic with boringness, not the intricate spiral of storytelling the first 5 seasons had that kept everyone glued guessing what'll happen next with excitement.
The boring one-noted, stiff writing isn't all Ryan Murphy nor Brad Falchuk's fault but all goes to Ned Martel and Charlie Carver. Like did these two bozos actually ever know the series before writing for season 13, I mean Charlie was one of the leads in Season 11's NYC + writing for it too, also writing for American Horror Stories. Yet their writing styles has all the signs of "I went to wikipedia to read up on what I need to know" or "I asked ChatGPT to give me a brief synopsis of each season."
Though before this season started a lot of us were disappointed that this or that actor didn't come back, probably for the best in hindsight. Fortunately Lily Rabe and Taissa Farmgia were busy doing other stuff as their characters would've suffered too. Maybe also best they forgot to ask Denis O'Hare, Finn Wittrock, Cody Fern and or several other past AHS alumni to come back. Ariana Grande was lucky that she had her tour that could get her out of this season, she probably looked at what her character was and said "I'm out."
The reliance of certain past characters and famous AHS lines were like dangling the shiny keys of nostalgia callbacks. All of Evan Peters past roles like Tate Langdon, James March and Kai Anderson were treated like stereotypes while having John Carroll Lynch and Kathy Bates reprise their roles as Twisty and Madame Delphine LaLaurie or even Piggy Man were all just 5 minutes of fan service just for fans point at the screen in nostalgia to see them again. Same goes for hearing famous quotes again like Madison say "Surprise bitch," Fiona saying "What it is this? Knotty Pines!" or Myrtle saying "BALENCIAGA!"
Having Constance Langdon and Fiona Goode be sisters while also being the children of Judy Martin and Satan is a big cop-out trope move that's nothing more than character assasination to the season's their characters originated in. Also there's now huge retcons by them doing this which screws up the past seasons.
AHS has now suffered in a similar way to how John Carpenter's Halloween has for the past several decades. Halloween has 3 or 4 different timelines if you don't count the Rob Zombie remakes.
To me personally I consider that the main American Horror Story series ended with Apocalypse and 1984 was a bonus season. #AHS @AHSFX
I have but one request for AHS Season 14 & it's not for which actor I'd like to see return nor is it the next season theme but please get James Wong, Jennifer Salt, Tim Minear & Jessica Sharzer all to come back and write for the season. That is all. #AHS #AHS13 @AHSFX @FXNetworks

So far it's been good. It's kinda giving Modern Family mixed w/ The Munsters. The social commentary of vampires leading non-cinematic horror but trying to live somewhat realistic normal lives w/ a few snags is too funny. Can't wait to watch more.🧛🧛♀️

Prayers for those that were killed in the helicopter crash in Chatsworth, CA while covering a deadly SUV crash on Nordhoff and De Soto.
In all of this tragedy no one but this one X user, @isrustydotnet posted inferring that the crash was a fake news & making ghoulish comments.
Who else remembers when Caramel Apple Milky Ways were out for Halloween. Certainly a flavor you don't see any more, maybe it'll make a return for Fall 2027.

I was flipping channels & this MeTV Toons interestingly by some weird coincidence today just showed an old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles episode "The Big Blow Out" which has the World Trade Center Twin Towers in it as part of the main plot. Very weird. #WTC #NewYork #September11th
