The UU-SERF program (with on-site and remote options) is designed for surgical residents interested in an education-focused career.
Fellows participate in a local curriculum with peers and faculty mentors, and receive funding for a Master of Health Professions Education degree.
Applicants must be surgical residents who will have completed 2+ years of an ACGME-accredited training program.
