Not if he was still in charge 🥹
🚨 Erik ten Hag when asked by @ESPNnl if Man United relegation is a potential scenario: “In the Premier League it's certainly possible, because all the teams are simply strong. They're all strong squads, all good managers”.
“And if you end up on the wrong side once and you really get into that vicious circle… yes, then it can become very, very difficult”.
The Martinez one is not a hot take.
He has arguably been one of our most important players the past 3 years. We fall apart when he’s not available.
But he wanted to leave in the summer. We shouldn’t have kept him. He has clearly checked out this season.
Scary times at United… but how frightening is YOUR hot take? 🫣🔥
❌ “Martínez should never play for us again!”
👀 “I wish we’d been sold to Qatar…”
😳 “Carrick needs to give youth a chance!”

Anyone else delighted Carrick is staying? 😅
🚨 Michael Carrick will be given chance to turn results around.
Carrick is taking training at Carrington, staff + players preparing #MUFC for Saturday trip to Chelsea.
More @TheAthleticFC soon.
Thought that was @AndyMitten
It’s almost the complete opposite.
Ten Hag was sacked in GW9 when we were 6 points off top 5.
Carrick is being given a chance in GW8 when we are 6 points off top 5.
I’ll give him a chance, but I can’t believe we’ve gone from Erik ten Hag to Eddie Howe in the space of 2 years.
Be careful what you wish for…
🚨🗣️ The anticipation, as it stands, is for Michael Carrick to take training tomorrow morning.
