Two months later, families are still carrying the weight of loss while those responsible have yet to answer for the negligence that cost 97 lives. The continued lack of accountability is an injustice of its own. Lest We Forget. #Kariba97

Two months later, the families still carry the pain while those responsible have not been made to answer for the negligence that changed so many lives. Accountability remains absent. Every day without answers deepens the injustice. Lest We Forget. #Kariba97

More than two months later, families are still mourning while accountability remains absent. Negligence was at the core. The lives lost are remembered every day. Those responsible still have not answered for them. Lest We Forget. #Kariba97

🚨 COURT CASE ALERT 📍 VENUE: Constitutional Court of Zimbabwe, Harare 📅 DATE: Monday, 2 November 2026 ⏰ TIME: 09:30 AM The Constitution Defenders Forum (CDF) calls upon all Zimbabweans, constitution defenders, human rights activists, civic society organisations and all citizens who believe in constitutionalism to come out in solidarity tomorrow, Monday, 2 November 2026, as the Constitutional Court of Zimbabwe hears a matter in Case No. CCZ278/26. The matter, brought by Eliphas Kawa and Hazvineyi Machingura against the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, Parliament of Zimbabwe, the President of Zimbabwe and the Attorney General, raises an important constitutional question concerning access to constitutional remedies and the right to approach the Constitutional Court for a declaration of constitutional invalidity. While it is primarily an application for direct access to the ConCourt, the applicants in the matter also argue that CAA3 can't take away their right to elect a President of their choice in terms of Section 67 of the Constitution without a referendum. The second aspect of their argument is the President's appointment of 10 senators which they argue takes away from the basic structure of the constitution. This is more than a court appearance: it is an opportunity to demonstrate our collective commitment to defending the Constitution. As Zimbabweans, we must never outsource the defence of our Constitution. The Constitution belongs to the people, and its defence is a collective responsibility. The Constitution is only as strong as the will of the people to defend it. Let us show up in solidarity and demonstrate that the people remain vigilant guardians of their Constitution. CAB3 may have been signed into law but the fight is far from over. #RestoreTheConstitution #TogetherWeDefend

Don’t be fooled ,Tagwirei didn’t capture Mnangagwa. Scott Sakupwanya didn’t capture Mnangagwa. Chivayo didn’t capture Mnangagwa. These are not his captors ,they are his frontmen. He places them where they serve him best. They act on his orders, they protect his interests, and they share in the spoils. Every contract awarded, every deal made it all leads back to one man. The biggest criminal in Zimbabwe sits right at the centre pulling every single string. Stop blaming the puppets — demand the removal of the puppet master himself. The truth is clear the biggest criminal in Zimbabwe is Emmerson Mnangagwa. His removal shall be a blessing to the nation and the world at large.
