The golden era of Telugu Puranic and Hindu Itihasa movies only existed as long as directors like Sri K.V. Reddy garu, H.M. Reddy, K.K. Rao garu, and C.S. Rao were around. They gave due respect to the traditional framework and presented our epics without any heresy.
After them, actor-turned-directors like NTR and filmmakers like Dasari Narayana Rao treated our Puranas and epics like mere mythologies and a joke. They started making "what-if" movies and pushing false propaganda by elevating figures like Ravana, Karna and Duryodhana.
And the saddest part is how heavily NTR and Dasari Narayana Rao's movies influenced modern Telugus into genuinely thinking Karna and Ravana are the greater heroes.
It has reached a point where Karna is portrayed like the Kalki avatar in Kalki 2898 AD, and we get Ravana-glorifying movies from Jr NTR.
What a fall!

Truth bomb. Nobody dares to accept/ tell the blunders the 40-bajji man did. S V Ranga Rao was anyday the greatest. Even surpassing the above mentioned specimen.

After legendary KV Reddy, Kamalakara Kameswara Rao excelled in Puranic cinema.
NTR’s alleged anti-Brahmin, pro-left, anti-Hindu bias distorted Puranas, poisoning generations’ understanding of our heritage, culture and history.
NTR luckily didnt make movies on Bakasura, or else he would have glorified him also, look at how Rama is bowing to Ravana as Ravana is supposed to be Brahmin. I donno- who wrote this PUKKATI PURANA
Dana Vera Sura Karna (it became a big blockbuster) is atrocious both as a movie and as a real Mahabharata story. They added too much of modern day politics into epic movie, as they wanted to do politics in the name of Mahabharata. That is what ended up with KALKI where they show Karna as some great god, if you read original Mahabharata, Karna is not that great, he is side kick of main villain
The good Puranik movies in Telugu ended with KV REDDY, who refused to direct Rama rao as Ravan in Seetha Rama Kalyanam saying after showing you as Krishna in Mayabazar, i cant do this and Ramarao ended directing it and began the downfall of Puranik movie,
late 80s movies made on Ramayana and Mahabharata in telugu by Ramarao, Dasari and others were street play kind of quality, both in taking and in their screenplay
I think Sree Krishna Pandeveyam where he literally made Pothana Bagavatham come alive on screen with poetic style taking of Rukmini Kalyanam was his best work

Reddy is a well organised caste with endogamus subcastes since almost a millenium. We have inscriptions of Reddy kings which mention their subcastes/kula as Panta-Reddi and Motati-Vamsa. Even genetics support this fact.

5/5 Genetics: The Final Nail in Your Fake Narrative against Reddys
If the Reddy caste were an "amalgamation of mixed castes, Boyas, and Dalits appointed from different communities" as you claim, Reddy DNA samples would be scattered all over the map.
Look at the actual autosomal DNA data:
Strict Endogamy Across Subcastes: On the PCA plot, samples from Reddy_Panta, Reddy_Motati, and Reddy_Pakanati cluster right next to each other in a tight, distinct genetic group, completely separated from Gouds, Balijas, and Madigas. That kind of genetic uniformity across subcastes is impossible unless all of them come from the exact same ancestral stock and practiced strict endogamy for centuries.
Genetic Breakdown & Distance:
• Pakanati Reddy: 43.8% SAHG | 56.2% Farmer | 0.0% Steppe — Genetic distance from Madiga: 44.8.
• Kamma: 46.5% SAHG | 52.7% Farmer | 0.8% Steppe — Genetic distance from Madiga: 35.2.
• Madiga: 59.9% SAHG | 35.1% Farmer | 5.0% Steppe.
Not only do Pakanati Reddys have higher Neolithic Farmer ancestry (56.2%) and lower SAHG (43.8%) than Kammas (52.7% Farmer, 46.5% SAHG), but Kammas are actually genetically closer to Madigas (35.2 distance) than Pakanati Reddys are (44.8 distance). Furthermore, Kamma samples show wide internal variation compared to the tight clustering of original Reddy subcastes.
And as for the Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy "context" you cried about at the end: You were the one who started this entire thing out of sheer bitterness by claiming Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy "wasn't a freedom fighter" and only fought for his monthly pension or money. When I countered you with a simple question, if he only fought for himself and his pension rather than his people, why have the people celebrated him for centuries by singing his Veera Gathas (heroic ballads) and local folklore? you had zero answer. What I posted under your comment wasn't some "random YT video" like you dishonestly claimed; it was a recording of that age-old folklore and ballad sung by the people for generations.
Stop being so obsessed with us and stop projecting your inferiority complex onto others. Stalking 20 different accounts, crying about blocks, throwing cheap jibes at the end of a thread, and recycling debunked screenshots after getting disproven time and again only shows how insecure you are about your own lack of pre-1700s history. Have some self-respect and stop embarrassing yourself on the timeline.

What is this obsession with copying the V2. After a point it is just hidden inferiority complex.
