A lot of peace comes from accepting that you’re not going to figure everything out today.

One of our staff members ordered lunch from DoorDash. The driver went to the wrong door and accidentally came into the cathedral when the office is next door. He had never been in a Catholic church. He was struck by the beauty.
He made the delivery, went home and started researching Catholicism. He just started OCIA.
Beauty attracts.

Jesus uses the image of a mustard seed (the tiniest of seeds) to teach us that the smallest sacrifices, good deeds, and acts of faith will, with God’s grace, multiply in ways we cannot imagine. With that assurance, there is nothing “too small” or insignificant you will do today.

You don’t have to understand everything about the faith right away. Sometimes just staying close is enough.

St Emilina Pray for us. Her prophetic gifts & spiritual guidance attracted many, as she accurately predicted future events. Because she neither married nor professed religious vows, she is recognized as the patron saint of single lay women. bit.ly/4zcCJPi
