VSU Football S&C

Words cannot truly express the love and gratitude I have for this man! Gave me my first college job, allowed me to be a Coordinator and a Director of Strength and Conditioning. Thank you for everything and accepting me as a coach! I’m better because of you! @reggiebarlow #dashh

Young Athletes.. Prepare and regular options will turn into extraordinary opportunities! No matter what level you play at! 🙏🏾💯💪🏾

Young Athletes……What are u willing to leave behind to be great?!

If someone or something has stolen your dreams or your passion, you are not the victim of the crime, YOU ARE THE ACCOMPLICE! Believe in yourself no matter what!!! 💪🏾💯🙏🏾

Young Athletes…Making it to the top is not the same as making it at the top! Don’t let your story end with just getting there!! Keep Grinding!!!

You can’t get sympathy and success, they don’t go together, PERIOD! Being great is not for the weak, that why it’s rare! Don’t look for other options when times get tough, look for obstacles because ur greatness is often on the other side of your greatest challenge. Be great!🙏🏾💯

Social Media won’t win you any football games or make you better on the field, put the same effort into improving on the field as you do trying to impress people on social media that really dont care anyway.... grind always, and the people who matter will find u!🙏🏾💯🤷🏾‍♂️

Rumble Young Man, Rumble!!!

If your competitive nature out weighs your compassionate nature, you’re underserving the athletes that might need you the most.💪🏾💯💥🙏🏾

Merry Christmas To All and To All a Good Night!!!🙏🏾💯💪🏾
