i have gotten about 25 dms in the past few days about marius/ hyperstrike issues since mw4 launch and so far every single issue has been software / driver related.
basically there is a very high chance your controller is not broken and its not a marius or hyperstrike bug but more so pc softwares interfering , overlays , drivers etc.
trial and error turning off your background programs until the issue goes away or this could also be a direct mw4 related issue since so many people are experiencing similar things.
