Manual release is the underrated one. Do you still run a TestFlight round for the seasonal stuff, or does the remote flag make that unnecessary?
The week before launch is when the onboarding copy gets its fourth rewrite. It's rarely what's stopping you. We check three things: signup works, the main thing does what it says, a stranger can tell who it's for. If those hold, launch. Users will tell you what to rewrite.

The notch is a smart spot for ADHD tasks, since it's the one place you can't bury under other windows. What brought v1 users back day to day, the timer or the reminders?

A new domain usually takes a few months before search sends anyone, so the first users tend to come from people who already know you. Who's getting it first?

Starting with people who already paid is the right filter. Do they get anything besides the cut, like first look at what you ship next, or is the commission the whole pitch?

Eight months is about how long it takes for whoever built it to get tired of being on call for it. Did they come back at the old price, or did the detour cost them?

Did they come back with a list of what the internal one couldn't do, or just tired of being the ones who had to fix it?

Makes sense, breakage is the honest signal. The quiet ones are harder to read. When someone just stops opening it, do you ever ask them why, or let it go?

In most affiliate programs a couple of partners send almost everyone and the rest never share the link. When you invited your own Stripe customers, how many actually sent someone?

Does every harness get the same access, or did you scope it per agent? Once four of them can drive the same machine, that seems like the first thing to bite.

Fair. Those can turn into a scoreboard fast. Was it the number itself you didn't want out there, or that posting it didn't bring anything back?

The tell I trust is what happens when it breaks. People who need it message you within the hour. People who like it just quietly stop opening it. Have you found a way to spot which is which before launch?

Got it, the end-of-month round. Those help when someone says what moved the number that month, even if it was something boring like one page that started ranking. Do you post one yourself?

Wallet is the stricter cut, and the honest one. The catch is an agent can rotate wallets, so a real repeat buyer might show up as two new ones. Any pattern in the first-time wallets, like the same tool or the same hour of day?

A signup form can pass every check on your laptop and still trap people on a phone. The keyboard opens over the Create account button and the page won't scroll to it. A resized browser window won't show that. Before launch, sign up on your phone, keyboard up, start to finish.

Do you give Claude only the cleaner screenshot, or also a short list of what changed? Without the list it tends to copy the look but miss the spacing rules, so the next page drifts.

So right now the only repeat traffic is your own monitors. That's a clean baseline. When the weekly check runs, are you counting a return as the same agent coming back, or the same tool getting picked twice by anyone?

The website point is the one most of them skip. Usually it's a GitHub README and a screenshot, nothing that says what it does better than the file manager you already have. Did any of the ones you found get that part right?
