Absolutely - I hugely value this but also really try and do this for those in my teams. They are far more expert than me in their fields but I think I am there to back them, support them and remind them how brilliant they are!
Love seeing these working their way out across the organisation β€οΈ congratulations Elaine π₯³

Letβs create more safe spaces π
The psychological safety hierarchy of needs at work by @heidipsychology. I appreciate how Heidi has created three categories. At the base are basic safety needs like not being micromanaged. Next is psychological needs like belonging & sense of esteem. At the top is self-fulfilment needs, the ability to be our true, authentic selves. People who work at the top of their pyramid are the ones with the potential to deliver the best performance.
Thanks so much everyone for all the love on the tweet of my boy β€οΈ to protect his privacy and also some misunderstanding of how Iβd described things Iβve decided to take it down now but heβs thrilled he went viral for a day π to clear I was just trying to celebrate how inclusive
